I've been in sales for majority of my career and have had a major focus on leadership/ personal development in my previous roles gaining national recognition in multiple industries as a top producer.

 I pride myself on my ability to learn and adapt. As well as providing a boost within the company culture with C.A.N.I (Constant And Never-ending Improvement). I have built successful sales teams with rapport directed, integrity based selling. Leaning on educating the customer and helping them find the "unknown unknown" solution through casual yet probing conversation to gain a customer vs just making a sale.
